The Nashville Nest

Fall in love with this charming sun-filled cottage that's nestled in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from downtown! This home is the perfect "Nashville Nest" for you to land in and call home during your Nashville getaway. The cheery and welcoming space features an abundance of indoor and outdoor spaces on nearly an acre of land, including an open concept living room and kitchen, screened in porch, outdoor deck with loungers, and a sprawling backyard with a fire pit. You'll also experience unparalleled convenience with amenities like a work desk, washer/dryer, smart devices, and close proximity to the airport and downtown Nashville (for hotspots like Titans Stadium, The Ryman, Bridgestone Area & Broadway, just to name a few.)

Layout:
The home is all on one level. The front door entry opens to the living room, with the dining room straight ahead. To the left of the living room is the screened-in porch and deck. Straight ahead is the dining room which is open to the kitchen. Off of the kitchen is the laundry room/office and back door. To the right of the living room is a small hallway with three bedrooms and one bathroom off of it. The primary has one queen bed. The second bedroom has one queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has one queen pull-out couch. The backyard has a patio, grill, and fire pit. For security purposes, there is a camera attached to the front outside of the house that looks out onto the driveway and front yard, toward the street.

Parking:
There is parking available for two cars in the driveway.

Neighborhood:
This quaint and serene neighborhood is only 10 minutes to downtown, Only 15 minutes to Vanderbilt and the Grand Ole Opry, and only 6 minutes to the airport and zoo. Additionally, Mill Creek Greenway and Blueway around the corner. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible from this home.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy: It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy: By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
