A spacious yet cozy feeling 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom in a convenient location! This beautiful rental offers up the perfect space for  any group of family or friends exploring Nashville. With its neutral and inviting color palette, modern design elements, and light filled interior, you'll love relaxing here after a day in the city. The convenience of the location is a major perk, with neighborhoods like 12 South, 8th Avenue, Edgehill, and Hillsboro Village just around the corner (many of which are less than a mile or two away.) If you are looking for comfort and convenience, the Ridley is for you! 

Layout:
The first level of the home is comprised of the garage, a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and an en suite bathroom. The second floor is made up of the kitchen, living room, dining area, and a half bathroom. The third floor has 2 bedrooms: one king suite with en suite bathroom, and a queen suite with with en suite bathroom. 

Neighborhood:
In the Wedgewood - Houston area, you'll find yourself so close to incredible neighborhoods! With 12th South, 8th Ave, Hillsboro Village, and Edghill areas right around the corner, you'll have food, drinks, and shopping right at your fingertips!  And when it's time to jump in the car/Uber to head downtown, you'll be just 10 minutes or less from all of the action! 

Interaction with Guests:
We are SO glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch. #priorities

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway.

Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our naptime.
