The Layout:
Welcome to the June Carter! This gorgeous home has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths spread over 3 stunning levels - including unbeatable rooftop views of the iconic Nashville skyline! This home is three stories.  All bedrooms are located on the second level and feature a king size bed in the primary, and two queen size beds in the secondary bedroom. There are also two queen size futons in the common area. This home sleeps a total of 8!

Parking:
There is room for two cars in the rear of the home in assigned parking spots.  These two spaces are free of charge.  Do not park in any other space. You will be towed. There is plenty of additional free side street parking, if needed. ?

Getting Around:
For those of you not bringing a car, don't sweat it!  You'll only spend around $7-$10 using Uber or Lyft to get to downtown and just about any other location in Nashville you'll need! 

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
