The Jade on Acklen - in the Heart of Hillsboro Village!

You will be seconds from great coffee, food, and shopping in this Hillsboro Village home. The design of this space is as incredible as its neighborhood, with a contemporary take on mid century modern elements. Pops of emerald green, clean lines, and brass fixtures make for a chic and saavy ambience of high end luxury. You will truly have it all at "The Emerald on Acklen."

Layout: 
This beautiful home is complete with 3 LEVELS! The first level is home to a suite, which holds a queen size bed. The second level is comprised of the main living space, kitchen, dining area and half bath. The third level has two additional suites, one with 1 king bed, and a master suite with 1 queen bed and 1 full bed. All bedrooms have televisions and en suite access to a bathroom!  

Parking:
There is room for one car in the garage, and one car in the driveway, directly behind the garage. Any "additional" parking for this unit is off the alley behind the building. Please do not block the other unit's driveways as they are occupied by full time residents. (Parking in the Acklen Avenue Driveway could result in your vehicle being towed.) Thank you!

Getting Around: 
The location of this rental is pure gold! It's walking distance to the beautiful bustling neighborhood of Hillsboro Village that's home to some of the best eats and shops of Nashville! Neighborhood amenities include your choice of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, entertainment, shopping and more will be right at your fingertips! On top of that, you'll only be 5 minutes from other desirable Nashville hotpots like The Gulch, Music Row, West End and Downtown Broadway just to name a few. 

Interaction with Guests:
We are SO glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch. #priorities

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway.

Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our naptime.
