The layout is a beautiful open concept, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen flows into the dining area and living room area. Among the bedrooms, there is one queen bed and 6 full beds. There is also a large outdoor area with an oversized deck and an additional balcony deck off of the master bedroom. 

Parking:
There is a shared driveway and plenty of free street parking!

Getting Around & the Neigborhood:
Shelby Park is magnificent and only 5 mins away! Favorite nearby spots for dinner include the Pelican and Pig, Lockeland Springs, Urban Cowboy, Two Ten Jack, Margots Cafe, Butcher and Bee. For quick grabs - visit Nicolettas Pasta, Kawai Poke, and 5 Points Pizza. For lunch or breakfast, visit Sheps Deli, Joyland, Red Headed Stranger. There is also Hunters Station for all kinds of yummy food. Publix, Kroger and Turnip Truck are also nearby for groceries, and Woodland Wine merchant or Sinkers for wine/liquor. Also check out favorite nearby music venue, Basement East, for live music.

For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch. #priorities

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway.

Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our naptime.
