"The Duchess" Suite, features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious open floor plan and 2 large rooftop balconies! Styled with old world and antique decor, you'll feel delightfully regal in this unique and comfortable space. In parallel with it's old fashioned charm, the home also features premium fixtures, finishes, and appliances, creating a dreamy experience of comfort and convenience. Layout: 
The home opens into a spacious living room/kitchen area with a connected rooftop balcony. Bedroom One has a queen bed with twin trundle, Bedroom Two has a full over full bunk with twin trundle, and Bedroom Three has two full murphy beds. Bathroom one has a walk in shower, bathroom two has a tub/shower combo, and bathroom three has a walk in shower. 

Parking:
Please park in the assigned space for the unit. The space is a compact space. Free parking is available on the street for larger vehicles. Additional parking is available on the weekends. See the digital guidebook or ask our guest relations team for more details.

Neighborhood:
Here you'll be within a 5 mile radius of some of the best restaurants in the city: Lockeland Table, Red Headed Stranger, The Pharmacy, Hawkers, Mitchell's Deli, and more. East Side Bowl is bowling and bar food. The Wash and Hunters Station are fun places to explore and eat where there are multiple options. For vegans, head to Wild Cow, for amazing hotdogs check out I Dream of Weenie, enjoy Mexican at El Fuego, take out family Italian at Nicoletta, experience fine cuisine and cocktails at Lockeland Table, Lou, or Butcher and the Bee, brunch at Hearts, and finally, enjoy burgers at The Pharmacy. You'll also be minutes from Kroger, Publix and Walmart. Additionally it's only 10 minutes from Downtown Nashville, 5 minutes from the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills mall, and just a quick 15 minute drive from the airport.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway.

Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. 

Rental Policy: It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy: By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
